Whole-Room Kitchen & Living Update — Bluffton
The Challenge
The homeowner wanted to modernize an aging, closed-off kitchen and adjoining living space without the hassle of coordinating a separate drywaller, painter, flooring contractor, and cabinet installer.
Our Solution
A1 handled the full scope under one team: cabinet installation and a new kitchen island with a quartz top, LVP flooring across the open layout, drywall repair and fresh wall and trim painting, and a tiled backsplash to tie it together.
Key Elements
- Custom kitchen island & quartz countertop
- Luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout
- Drywall repair and interior paint refresh
- Tile backsplash and updated hardware
Finished Result
The finished space reads as one cohesive, modern kitchen-living area — completed on a single schedule with a clean, move-in-ready final walkthrough.
